Terms of Service

By using Sliding9, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using the product.
What Sliding9 is
Sliding9 is a guitar practice and AI-style coaching companion. Ask Sliding9 provides practical, educational guidance to help you play tonight — alongside nightly sessions, paths, and a chord library when you want structure.
Educational use only
Advice from Sliding9 and Ask Sliding9 is educational and informational. It is not a promise of musical progress, performance outcomes, or habit formation. Results depend on your own practice, schedule, and circumstances.
Sliding9 is not a substitute for professional music instruction, medical advice, or physical therapy.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own practice, health, hand and wrist comfort, and instrument safety. Stop playing if you feel pain or strain. Keep your account credentials secure and use Sliding9 lawfully.
Ask Sliding9 acceptable use
Abuse, scraping, spam, automated bulk requests, or other misuse of Ask Sliding9 may result in restricted access or account suspension. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' private data.
Membership and payments
Sliding9 offers Free, Monthly ($9/month), Annual ($79/year), and Lifetime ($99) plans unless otherwise stated at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe. Digital access begins when your purchase is confirmed.
Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable.
Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically until canceled through your account or Stripe billing portal. Canceling stops future charges; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual property
Sliding9 content, branding, and software remain the property of Sliding9 and its licensors. Your journal entries, practice data, and Ask conversations belong to you, subject to these terms and our privacy policy.
