Website analytics

Sliding9 uses Google Analytics and Google Tag for website analytics. Analytics may collect device information, browser type, page visits, interactions, and general usage data to help us understand how the product is used and improve the experience.

We may also use PostHog for product analytics when configured. Analytics providers may set their own cookies according to their policies.

Accounts and practice data

Sliding9 uses Supabase for authentication, account data, membership status, practice history, saved library items, path progress, journal notes, and Ask Sliding9 conversation history.

Ask Sliding9 conversations may be saved so you can reload past chats and so Sliding9 can improve your experience over time. Conversation data is tied to your account and protected by row-level security.

Payments

Sliding9 uses Stripe for payment processing. We do not directly store full card numbers. Stripe handles payment details according to its own privacy and security standards. Lifetime Access is $99 one-time unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Email and newsletters

If you join our email list, we store your email address and signup source so we can send practice prompts and product updates. You may request removal at any time.

Cookies and sign-in

Authentication cookies keep you signed in across visits. Analytics tools may use additional cookies as described above.

Data retention and deletion

Practice data and Ask conversations remain until you delete your account from the account page or request deletion. You may contact us at any time to ask about your data.
